Urban renewal[Scene: Kits Sector, right after Nullzilla's defeat. The camera rises over the fallen eight ball from Bob's apartment, flies past the Disrupto-Matic which is stuck in the ground, then pans around, showing debris and other evidence of the recent disturbance, then finally settles on the Giant Robot. A small ship connects a line to its head, then rises, lifting the robot. As a construction worker binome looks at plans, the robot is flown away in the background. The binome startles and looks over when its feet kick over several buildings. Then he shakes his head and looks into the camera, amused.]
Construction Binome:
The cleanup's goin' okay. Uh, apart from a, a coupla minor setbacks. Better keep the sector clear until it's safe. The good news is, Nullzilla isn't a problem any more! The nulls've all gone back to wherever they came from.
[The binome is facing a VidWindow showing Dot.]
Dot:
Okay, let's keep working. I hope Bob's doing better than we are.
[The camera comes in on a ring of CPU tanks and police cars which surround Bob and Hexadecimal. She is sitting on the ground, a hand to her forehead. He is kneeling in front of her and looking at Glitch.]
Bob:
Hex is weak, Phong. The nulls drained most of her energy, but she is gonna recover.
Phong:
Will you need any help in getting her back to Lost Angles?
Bob:
No, I'll do it alone. She trusts me. Just keep this sector clear.
[The tanks and CPU card drive and fly away.]
Bob:
Any sign of what attacker her?
Phong:
No, my son. Whatever came out of her mirror has either gone or cannot be detected by my sensors.
Bob:
Phong, this creature attacked Hexadecimal first. Maybe it preys on Viruses.
Phong:
Which could mean-
Hexadecimal:
[looking up and speaking in a hoarse whisper] Megabyte.
Bob:
[to Hexadecimal] That's right. I believe it may-
How does Megabyte sneak up on people like that?Hexadecimal:
No!
[Hexadecimal points beyond Bob. The camera pans, showing the black, webcreature-infected Megabyte standing right behind Bob.]
Hexadecimal:
Megabyte!
[Megabyte snarls and swats Bob away. Bob lands on his back and slides to a stop. As he watches Megabyte picks Hexadecimal up by the upper arms.]
Hexadecimal:
No, NO!
I've got you under my skin[Hexadecimal screams as her hands slide into her through her shoulders.]
Bob:
[aiming Glitch] Glitch! Wide field energy beam!
[Glitch's wheel rises and shoots an orange burst of energy at Megabyte. It knocks him away from Hexadecimal and into the wall of a building. Walking forward, Bob speaks into Glitch.]
Bob:
Phong! I was right! It's got Megabyte! He's attacking Hexadecimal and trying to merge! I repeat, trying to merge! [He walks up to Hexadecimal, who is again sitting on the ground] I don't know what he's up to, but we'd better get you out of here, fast! [He helps her stand with his hands on her shoulders.] Glitch! Car! [He points his arm, and Glitch flies off his arm.]
Hexadecimal:
[looking up and speaking weakly] Guardian!
[Megabyte is running forward toward them, making machinelike grunting sounds. Bob points his arm, then looks at it in surprise, realizing that he does not have Glitch. Megabyte pauses when two flame-colored beams of energy touch him, then he walks forward again. The energy is coming from Hexadecimal's hands. As he continues forward she stops and slumps forward with a groan. Bob holds her to keep her from falling. Before Megabyte can reach her a large device clamps around him and lifts him up. It appears to be some sort of flying construction vehicle.]
Dot:
[in the cockpit] Cavalry's here, Bob. Get Hexadecimal outta here. I'll hold him as long as I can.
[Megabyte looks at the clamp, then snarls and sets his hands on it. Its yellow color is replaced by blue, which spreads up the arm connecting it to the vehicle.]
Dot:
Not this time, Megabyte.
[She presses a button. The connector holding the arm onto the vehicle is released just as the blue reaches it. It falls to the surface, smashing a box open. The camera comes in on Bob's car. He is driving, and Hex is riding shotgun.]
Bob:
You better start talkin', Hex! You and Megabyte started to merge back there!
Hexadecimal:
[weakly] Yes, Bob. We are from the same viral strain.
Bob:
[incredulous] The same family?
Family funHexadecimal:
[theatrically] Oh, much worse than that, Guardian. [Her voice rises into a shout.] He's my brother! [She laughs, then slaps him on the arm with the back of her hand.]
Bob:
Bu- but you're always trying to destroy each other!
Hexadecimal:
[casually] Oh, that's just sibling rivalry.
Bob:
What will happen if you join?
Hexadecimal:
[theatrically] The next generation! [laughs wildly]
Bob:
Why don't I like the sound of that?
Dot:
[in the car's dashboard screen] Bob!
Bob:
What is it, Dot?
Dot:
I tried to hold him, but it was no use! He's-
Spiderman[Megabyte lands on the hood of a car with a loud THUMP.]
Bob:
[yelling] Right here!
[Megabyte, crouching on the hood, tears the windscreen off, then seized Hexadecimal by the arm and leaps off, pulling her with him. She screams. When they land, green and blue light glows on either side of the pair. A beam lances up, then both are enveloped in a yellow glow. As Bob speaks the glow shrinks, revealing a crater inside, and then thins enough to show the new, bigger Virus kneeling on one knee where Megabyte and Hexadecimal were.]
Bob:
[VO] Oh no! This is it, Dot. It looks like our Viruses have just upgraded. I want a citywide emergency alert. Keep everyone at least one sector away from the new Virus.
[The camera comes down on the new Virus, who seems to absorb the energy glow.]
[From the Principle Office, Phong calls Bob on a VidWindow. AndrAIa and Enzo watch.]
Phong:
Bob, Dot tells me we have a new Virus.
Bob:
That's right. I'll get you a visual now.
Mammy![In the Vidwindow, they see Gigabyte kneeling. The long, long claws of one hand move slowly. Phong, AndrAIa, and Enzo do open-mouthed takes in succession.]
Bob:
Phong, I'm gonna try and talk to him. Maybe the transformation has created a benign Virus.
Enzo:
What? Benign? [sarcastically] Sure you can tell that just by looking at him.
AndrAIa:
You can?
[The sound of the VidWindow closing is heard..]
Phong:
AndrAIa, Enzo was trying to be funny.
[Enzo shrugs.]

[Seen from overhead, Bob approaches Gigabyte, who is still kneeling in the crater. The camera spirals down on the Virus as Bob speaks.]
Bob:
I am Guardian 452. State your name and function.
[Gigabyte growls softly as he stands up.]
Gigabyte:
I am become Gigabyte, destroyer of systems!
Bob:
Not this system, bub. Glitch, wide field energy beam!
[Bob draws back and shoots a big orange burst at Gigabyte. It disappears, and the red parts of Gigabyte's body ripple with the energy. Gigabyte leans forward.]
Bob:
[backing away] Uh-oh.
[Bob turns to run. Gigabyte swipes at him with his claw hand. Bob falls face-down to the ground, revealing two gashes cut through the back of his costume. He looks up, then rolls to the side just in time to avoid the claws which plunge into the ground where his chest was. A zip board spins open. Bob's feet land on it, and he flies away.]
[A VidWindow showing Bob appears in the Principle Office, in front of Phong, AndrAIa, and Enzo.]
Bob:
Phong, the Virus is called Gigabyte. He's at least as strong as Megabyte, but he hasn't used any of Hex's powers yet.
Phong:
The transformation may have left him weak. If he had access to Hexadecimal's higher level functions he would already have opened a portal to the Net. We must stop him before he gains enough power to do that!
Bob:
You're gonna have to power down the entire city. I'm gonna call for help.
[The VidWindow closes.]
Phong:
Help? From who?

[Bob is zipping above the city. He speaks into Glitch.]
Bob:
Glitch, net-wide alert. This is Guardian 452 of System Mainframe. We've got a Class 5 Virus, energy absorbing. We need help! [Glitch beeps. Bob looks up.] Dot! NO!
[The flying vehicle approaches Gigabyte, shooting energy at him. As each shot hits him, he glows brighter.]
Dot:
Oh, great. A class 5!
[As the ship passes by, Gigabyte strikes out at it with his claw hand, breaking it. The pieces go skidding. Gigabyte looms over it. Then he turns and sees Bob and Dot flying away on zip boards.]
[The sky over Mainframe darkens to sunset colors, and the background hum deepens.]
Dot:
Bob! What's happening?
Bob:
Phong's powering down the city.
[Seen from below, Bob and Dot's zip boards begin to flicker as if browning out.]
Dot:
But our zip boards! We won't be able to escape.
[Bob and Dot sink toward the ground.]
One, two, Giga's coming for youBob:
I know.
[Defying all common sense, they land in a dead-end alley between two buildings. The one-zero "monorail" flickers and disappears. Bob throws one of the two useless Zip boards down into a corner. Gigabyte stands in the mouth of the alley. Bob and Dot react with alarm. Gigabyte steps forward, scraping his claw hand against one wall ala Freddy Krueger. Bob steps forward as if to protect Dot.]
Bob:
Dot, I... wanna tell you...
Dot:
I know, Bob. I know.
[Both lower their heads as if ashamed or sleepy or something. Gigabyte stops in front of them.] Gigabyte: There is no point in resisting, Guardian. [holding out his claw hand] Hand over your keytool! I need its energy.
[Bob looks at Glitch, then at Dot.]
Bob:
Glitch! Away!
[Bob makes a throwing motion. Glitch flies off his bracer. Gigabyte watches it go. Then he looks back at Bob.]
Gigabyte:
Two Sprites will do just as well.
Outta nowhere[He extends his claw hand toward them. Bob and Dot cower back, terrified, for a few seconds. The a sword comes down and chops the hand off. It clatters to the ground. Gigabyte looks at the stump, then over at Mouse, who is right beside him.]
Mouse:
You called, sugah?
[Bob and Dot do takes of surprise.]
Mouse:
Didja miss me? [winks]

[PLACE COMMERCIAL HERE]

[Gigabyte fits the severed hand back into place, reattaching it. He moves his fingers, then looks at the mouth of the alley. Ship rises into the air, then turns and flies off. Inside, Bob is riding in the passenger seat, Mouse in the pilot's, and Dot in the back.]
Bob:
Mouse, how did you get here so quickly? I only sent out the call a nano ago.
Mouse:
I was already on my way, darlin'.
Dot:
Ah, great! The last time you were here you nearly deleted my little brother!
Cat and MouseMouse:
[sweetly] If ya like, I can put ya back down there with our charmin' friend.
Bob:
[turning back to Dot] Dot! Mouse just saved our bitmaps, remember? [to Mouse] Well, I don't care what brings ya to Mainframe, we're grateful for your help. Aren't we, Dot?
[Dot, who looks ready to say something pithy to Mouse, gives Bob a dirty look.]
Bob:
Well, we are. Can ya take us to the Principle Office?
Mouse:
Anything for you, honey. [She winks.]
[Ship flies toward the shielded Principle Office. Bob speaks to Phong on a screen in Ship.]
Bob:
Phong, it's us. Give us entry clearance.
Phong:
I'm sorry, I cannot do that. I am not prepared to allow Mouse inside the Principle Office.
[Keyclicks begin softly in the background.]
Bob:
She just saved Dot and me from Gigabyte! I'll vouch for her! You'll behave. Won't you, Mouse?
Mouse:
I'm in.
Bob:
What?!
[The shield lowers, revealing the top 2/3 of the Principle Office. Ship floats in place in front of it.]
Dot:
She's hacked through the PO defenses, Phong. I suppose it's her idea of behaving.
[Ship hovers in front of the Principle Office.]
Phong:
[VO] Well... you might as well... come in, then.
[Ship flies toward the Principle Office.]

[Inside the Principle Office, Phong, Bob, Enzo, AndrAIa, Mouse, and Dot are looking at a VidWindow showing Gigabyte.]
Bob:
Now, we know that the nulls drained most of Hex's power. And the fight with Megabyte would have depleted whatever she had left.
Phong:
Yes, but once Gigabyte has accessed enough energy, he will be able to use Hexadecimal's power to open a portal!
Dot:
And he's roaming the city now-
Bob:
[speaking over Dot] Yes, Phong, but he's out there looking for energy now, and we've gotta stop him!
[Bob looks back at Dot. Dot scowls at Mouse, who is grinning back.]
Dot:
And you can wipe that smile off your face!
[As violins play a "meow," Mouse grins wider.]

[Outside, an Indiana Jones binome gets out of a vehicle. Gigabyte's foot comes down behind him. The binome stops, freezes, then looks around. Gigabyte growls and picks the binome up. It struggles as it sees the claw hand approaching.]
Indiana Jones Binome:
No! No! Let me go!
[Gigabyte drains the binome's energy, then drops the transparent, barely conscious dataform. Then he looks at the Principle Office's energy shield.]

[Phong, Bob, Enzo, AndrAIa, Mouse, and Dot are looking at a VidWindow with a still image of Gigabyte.]
Mouse:
Let's face it, gang, it doesn't take a genius to work out where he's heading right now.
AndrAIa:
But we are safe here. The force field will protect us.
Phong:
AndrAIa, the Principle Office shield is made entirely of energy. If he taps into it, he will gain untold power.
Enzo:
Oh great! How basic can you get! How're we ever gonna stop this guy?!
[Dot opens her mouth to speak, but Mouse beats her to it.]
Mouse:
Isn't it obvious? Keep him from the energy. He'll eventually run down, won't he?
Bob:
I've got a better idea. Let's give him all the energy he needs!
[Enzo and AndrAIa look shocked.]
Enzo:
What?!
[Again Dot opens her mouth, and again Mouse speaks first. Dot scowls.]
Mouse:
What's your plan, Bob?
Bob:
Just back me up on this one, Mouse. We need to give Gigabyte a huge jolt of energy.
Phong:
We certainly cannot allow him into the Core! That means our only option is-
[Yet again Mouse steps on Dot's line. Dot rolls her eyes, frustrated.]
Mouse:
A tear, from the energy sea!
Bob:
That's right! Now your ship is the only vehicle that's not been affected by the powerdown. You'll have to fly out 'n get a tear while I stay here and keep Gigabyte from the Principle Office.
Mouse:
All right, but I'll need a second pair of hands to help me. Lassooing a tear's a two-Sprite job, ya know.
[Bob and Phong look at each other]

Must... restrain... fist... of... death![Mouse, who is flying Ship, scowls at the occupant in the copilot's seat, which turns out to be Dot. Dot has her hands on the controls [which are curiously similar to those of Enzo's fish ship in "AndrAIa."]
Dot:
Well, what should I do?
Mouse:
[sweetly] If you're not too busy, honey, you could fix me an energy shake.
[Dot turns away from Mouse, toward the camera, and struggles to maintain control of herself. Mouse grins.]

[Bob and Phong are in a part of the Principle Office with bombs and boxes.]
Bob:
[pointing at the rips on his back] My body armor took some big hits out there, Phong. Anything you've got would help.
Phong:
[tiredly] I have said it before and I will say it again-
Both:
This is not the supercomputer.
[Phong looks at Bob, surprised, and pauses.]
Phong:
But I may be able to find something for you.
Bob:
Thanks, Phong.
Phong:
You and Glitch will be the largest source of energy out there. Please be very careful.
Bob:
I will, old friend. I'm gonna lure Gigabyte to Floating Point. You know what to do once he's there.
[Phong nods.]

[Ship flies down and stops near Gigabyte. Bob jumps out of the hatch. Ship flies away. The camera closes in on Bob, who is wearing black body armor.]
Bob:
Glitch, solid state mode.

[Back to Ship.]
Dot:
I hope Bob knows that he's doing.
Mouse:
Sugar, I've known that Guardian a lot longer than you, and I've seen him get out of a lot tougher scrapes than this. Now make yourself useful, honey, and help me scan for tears. Haven't got a lot of time.
[Ship flies away from Mainframe and over the Energy Sea.]

[Gigabyte approaches Bob.]
Bob:
Glitch, shield!
[Glitch's wheel expands into a gear-shaped shield.]
Bob, don't you want a *weapon* or something...?Gigabyte:
You cannot be serious, Guardian. Do you expect to defeat me with these primitive weapons?
[Something, perhaps a defensive weapon or a kind of parrying doohickey, expands from Bob's other wrist.]
Bob:
Enough talk! Let's do it!
[Bob feints with the thingy. Gigabyte leans forward and roars, then punches him, sending him flying. Bob lands on his back. Gigabyte advances, kneels, and encircles Bob's head with his claw hand.]
Gigabyte:
Did you really think you could stand against me alone?! [He clenches his fist ala Megabyte.]
Hack:
No!
Slash:
Not alone!
[Bob and Gigabyte look around, surprised. Hack and Slash draw back, then extend their arms and punch Gigabyte, sending him skidding. The bots wheel closer to Gigabyte, past Bob.]
Hack:
No way, fatso!
Slash:
No way! We're a gang! Where's our-
Hack and Slash:
[doing surprise takes] Boss!

[PLACE COMMERCIAL HERE]

[Ship flies over the Energy Sea.]
Dot:
[VO] I think I've got one.
Mouse:
It's about time. What're the coordinates?
[Dot is pressing buttons.]
Dot:
I'm loading them into Ship now. That's it! We've got a lock.
[Ship flies into the distance.]

Neener neener neener[Bob, in the foreground, is talking into Glitch while Hack and Slash taunt Gigabyte in the background. They take turns darting forward, then back again when the Virus swipes at them.]
Bob:
Phong! We're at Floating Point, and Hack and Slash have got him occupied. It's now or never.
Phong:
Commencing sector release - now.
[The buildings in the far background move to the right. Floating Point slides over the Energy Sea, away from the rest of Mainframe.]

[Ship flies around a good-sized tear, then positions itself close. Mouse's seat turns around.]
Mouse:
Try'n keep'r steady while I go out 'n rope this thing. [She gets up and goes toward the back.]
[Ship backs toward the tear. On a platform below Ship, Mouse uses a Playstation-like controller to create a tumbling dodecahedron around the tear, vertex by vertex. Inside Ship, Dot looks down out the window at Mouse.]
MilkShapeDot:
Moving into final position, Mouse. Be quick! There's a massive energy fluctuation. This is the weakest part of the containment field.
Mouse:
Tell me about it.
[She shoots one more torpedo, creating the final vertex and completing the shape. The cage stops tumbling. Then the tear explodes. Mouse screams. The platform tips, and she falls off.]
Dot:
Mouse!
[Ship dives. It comes level with the falling Mouse. Mouse looks at Dot through the windscreen. Dot winks. Ship's canopy opens, then ship moves around Mouse and slows. Mouse hits the canopy face down. When the canopy closes, it drops Mouse unceremoniously into her seat.]
Mouse:
Whew! Heh, I thought I was a goner there.
[Dot smiles at Mouse.]
Mouse:
Uh... listen, thank you, Dot, that was some mighty fine flyin' there. I guess I owe you one.
Dot:
No. Now we're even. Now let's get this tear back to Mainframe before it's too late.

[Bob is still talking into Glitch, and Hack and Slash are still distracting Gigabyte.]
Bob:
It's working, Phong. In a few more nanos we'll be too far from the city to get back. And there's nowhere for him to get energy from!
[Gigabyte catches Hack on the points of his claws. Hack screams. His cries become lower and more garbled as his energy is drained. Gigabyte drops the now-translucent robot on the ground.]
Oscar nominationBob:
[alarmed] Apart from us!
[Slash picks Hack up by the shoulderpieces and shakes him. Hack, completely limp, shows no sign of life.]
Slash:
[distraught] Hack! Oh, Hack, speak to me! Come on, wake up! [He puts Slash down and speaks angrily.] Drain my friend of energy?! I don't think so!
[Slash draws back and, with one punch, sends Gigabyte flying into the sky and toward Mainframe.]
Bob:
You idiot! Look what you've done!
Slash:
What? He hurt my friend!
Bob:
[speaking exasperatedly into Glitch] Phong, cancel everything I just said. Gigabyte's back in town. I'm on my way. [to Slash] Slash, come here.
[Slash wheels up to Bob.]

[Gigabyte, now on the rim closest to the Principle Office, stares at the energy shield and rumbles.]
Bob:
Phong! He's right outside. Get ready! Hack's energy may enable him to-
[Gigabyte steps off the edge and onto the air.]
Bob:
-fly.
[Gigabyte spreads his arms and flies to the shield. Roaring, he draws his arms back, then sticks his claw hand into the shield. The energy he drains causes his body, then his eyes, to coruscate. He roars.]

[Phong is at his podium, with Enzo and AndrAIa.]
Phong:
I have no alternative. The shield must come down. [to Enzo and AndrAIa] You know what to do.
[Enzo and AndrAIa grin conspiratorially at each other.]

[The shield disappears, sending Gigabyte back a bit. Then the Virus flies forward and lands on the walkway in front of the Principle Office doors. He stalks toward the steps, one pounding footstep at a time. Seen from inside, he beats on the outer doors, then tears through them with his claws and shoves them open.]
Gigabyte:
All of this system's power, mine at last!
Evolution in action[He looks down, puzzled. Enzo and AndrAIa are standing before him. AndrAIa puts her hand on her wrist crossbow, ready to fire. Enzo mimics her, though he is weaponless.]
Gigabyte:
This is your last line of defense? Two small Sprites?
Enzo:
Two small Sprites, that's right! A girl-
AndrAIa:
A boy-
Enzo:
And his dog!
[Frisket bounds up between the two and snarls at Gigabyte.]
AndrAIa:
Get 'im, Frisket!
[Frisket leaps at Gigabyte.]

[Ship flies back to Mainframe, towing the caged tear.]
Dot:
I hope this works!
Mouse:
Well, it was Bob's idea.
Dot:
That's what I'm afraid of.
[Both women grin.]

Slash, carrying Bob, lands in front of the Principle Office steps. Gigabyte is draining Frisket. The Virus tosses the dog onto the steps close to Enzo and AndrAIa. Frisket whimprs when he lands.]

Enzo:
Frisket!
Bob:
It ends here, Gigabyte!
[AndrAIa kneels by the translucent, flickering dog and strokes his shoulder and head. Frisket raises his head slightly and whines.]
AndrAIa:
Oh, Frisket!
Bob:
[turning his head slightly toward AndrAIa to speak while still keeping an eye on Gigabyte] Frisket's all right. He's just drained and weak. He'll be fine.
Gigabyte:
None of you will be fine, Guardian!
Bob:
Oh, I think we will! [to Glitch] Phong! Now!
[Bob looks up. A metal shield drops down in front of the Principle Office. Gigabyte looks up at it briefly, then back at Bob.]
Gigabyte:
You are just delaying the inevitable.
Bob:
Exactly! [He looks up, beyond Gigabyte.]
Gigabyte:
What?!
[Gigabyte looks behind himself. Ship rises up and "faces" him.]
Mouse:
YeeHAA! Heads up, cutie pie!
Whatta trip[Dot pushes a level forward. The ship flies up and releases the tear, which hits and surrounds Gigabyte. Gigabyte roars. His body coruscates, and his eyes glow blue.]
Gigabyte:
Energy! The power! The power!
[The camera slams up to Bob.]
Bob:
Actually, this power we can both use! [to Glitch] Glitch! Splitter!
[Glitch's wheel flies off, and divides into two "gears". Each attaches to one side of the tear, forming a sphere in which Gigabyte is trapped. Seen from inside, Gigabyte looks at the distorted reflections of himself. The Web creature extracts itself from his back.]
Gigabyte:
NO!
[Seen from outside, the sphere stretches horizontally, with images of Megabyte, Hexadecimal, and Gigabyte flickering in it.]
Hexadecimal:
NO!
The spheres in the fountain[The sphere pulls into three spheres. The left one is Hexadecimal, her face flickering rapidly between masks. The right has Megabyte, shaking his head side to side as if struggling. In the middle is the spiral Web creature. The three spheres zoom into the distance in three different directions.]
Bob:
[surprised] Three?
[The metal shield raises. Phong is behind it. He wheels up to Bob.]
Bob:
It worked, Phong. But something worries me.
Phong:
The third portal?
Bob:
You saw it too?
Mouse:
Saw what?
Bob:
Hey, Mouse! That was some pretty random flying you did there! Couldn't'a done it without'cha.
Mouse:
Uh-actually, Bob, it was Dot flyin' my ship. She saved all our butts.
[Dot walks into the scene and bumps into Mouse, pushing her aside and stepping closer to Bob.]
Dot:
What were you saying about seeing something, Bob?
Bob:
Uh, yeah! When Glitch split Gigabyte, there were three signals. Megabyte, Hexadecimal, and a third one. I'm not sure why.
Competition[Mouse grabs Bob's arm as if to look at Glitch, pushing Dot away.]
Mouse:
That's strange. Didja track it?
[Dot elbows Mouse back and extends a thumbs-up between the Hacker and Bob.]
Dot:
Hey, guys, we did it! Chalk one up for the good guys!
Bob:
Maybe so... but I still think there's something rotten at the heart of Mainframe.
[Mouse puts a small, red, flashing light on her bracer.]
